Qinghe County HeKe Rubber Products Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of 5 million yuan and fixed assets of 10 million yuan. We employ more than 100 people, including 18 senior engineers and technical staff, and have passed the ISO/TS 16949 quality management system certification.
We are equipped with advanced domestic production lines, including three EPDM/TPE/TPV/TPO compound lines, two compound lines, single extrusion lines, salt bath vulcanization production lines, flat vulcanizers, glue injection machines, and other production equipment. We specialize in the production of compound extrusion and single extrusion rubber & plastic products made from various materials, with an annual production capacity of up to 30 million meters and 5 million sets.
We have also built a physical, chemical, metrology, and testing laboratory, forming a through-train production model covering mold development, raw material configuration, production, and molding.
